General Questions
Are your rentals pet friendly?
Absolutely! Dogs are allowed in most of our rental's. We just ask you to sweep up after them after your trip. Pet fees apply.
Do you have other camping gear?
Yes! We have a Camp Chef Outdoor Cooking System. This is an absolute hit, especially for groups where meals get large from the number of people. We also have a medium-sized portable Weber Charcoal Grill and even a portable propane fire pit. (Save money on wood and enjoy a smoke-free campfire!). Want to watch The Game while camping? We have flat panel TVs available as well.
Do you rent generators?
Yes, we have two convenient sizes of portable generators, 1,800 and 3,800 watts. You get unlimited use of the generator. 5-Gallon gas tank is included. (Use nonoxygenated fuel only, please.)
What do I need to use the generator for?
For all around electricity when you're not plugged in, called Boondocking. You need a 3,800-watt generator to run your A/C. If you are traveling in the mountain states or up North when it's cooler, the 1,800 watt generator works fine for running things.
Do you have any outdoor gear or camping equipment?
We include 2 camp chairs rated for 300lbs, hotdog and marshmallow roasting forks, 9x12 foot outdoor rug. Other items are available for a fee. Our Camp Chef Outdoor Cooking System is one of the most popular add-ons. You can cook 16 pieces of French Toast and 40 breakfast sausages at the same time.
Do you deliver and set up campers for guests?
Yes! We offer a full-service delivery and setup option. We bring the camper to your location, level it, connect all hookups (water, electric, sewer), and make sure everything is ready to go before we leave. It's completely stress-free — just show up and enjoy. Contact us for pricing.
What equipment is included in your campers for camping, kitchen, and linens?
Yes, our Adventure Rigs are well equipped! We inventory over 100 items in each of our rentals. Go ahead and spend your time making memories on your Adventure, not worrying about to-do lists! Here are some of the items we include in your Adventure Camper: Coffee pot, toaster, frying pan, 5qt stock pot, 3qt saucepan, cutting board, butcher and paring knives, cutting board, slotted spoon, serving spoon, spatula, peeler, can opener, bottle opener, cork puller, nested serving and storage bowls with lids, cleaning supplies, dish rags, dish tub or bucket, and more!
Do you rent campers for guest houses?
Absolutely. We've done weddings and other events. It's neat to see how families dress up the camper with flowers, gift baskets, toiletries, and other things. We will deliver and pick up and can even supply generator power so that the A/C can run as cool as your guest wishes.
What is the LP system used for?
Used to run furnace, water heater, and oven/stove. Propane will also be used to cool fridge & freezer while driving and when you're not plugged in. One 20-pound propane tank is included in your rental.
How far in advance do I need to book my rental?
A minimum of two days in advance is required due to insurance binding and vehicle prep.
Do you allow guests to open the camper awning?
Yes, we allow use of the awning. Additional security deposit and loss-of-use coverage required. We also offer 9'x12' outdoor screen rooms that are affordable to rent during your trip. Set your screen room up anywhere for shade and protection from pests!
Are your campers festival-friendly?
Absolutely! We love hearing about how great of a time our guests have at We Fest, Moondance, and other music festivals. A minimum of two days in advance is required due to insurance binding and vehicle prep. Festival bookings have a slightly higher deductible and may include a 20% surcharge.
Why rent a camper?
Imagine pulling up to your Adventure Camper Company rental that has a well-equipped kitchen, Bed, Bath and Kitchen linens, a memory foam topper, tableware for 4, a coffee pot, toaster, camp chairs, propane, camp rug to keep things clean. There are cleaning supplies, a broom and pan, plus a supply of RV tissue as well as paper towels. Plus, if you don't want to empty the holding tanks we'll do it for you when you return.
I'm thinking of buying a camper. What is the cost like?
Buying is great if you plan on being out for 30 days each season. But for many people, renting is simply a better value and more cost effective. Between the purchase price, license, tax, dealer fees, equipment, monthly payments, insurance, winterization, storage, maintenance, and repair — the costs add up fast. Renting lets you enjoy the experience without all that overhead.
